I-CE is an international NGO for low cost mobility and integrated cycling planning. I-CE is an interface to the Dutch cycling culture and capabilities. I-CE hosts the Bicycle Partnership Program, Cycling.nl and Low Cost Mobility Initiatives and initiated the Cycling Academic Network and Cycling Lab.
